Design Notes
There are some other endogenous UTRs of some genes, who also have similar ability to guide RNA into neurite, like the 3-'UTR of β-actin. We made comparison between these two elements and found TBEV 5'-UTR was more effective and smaller. In addition, there are two choice for delivery, exosome and virus. And we found it less effective when packed into exosomes, so we decided to use virus as a vector.
